The Chefs Toolbox usually ships all online orders within 2-3 business days of your order being placed. Your order is shipped from Sydney, Australia.
Please note: at busy times we will need more time to ship your order, and our shipping partners may also experience delays in getting deliveries to you. This may affect orders placed between 10-24 December, and when we run major sales such as Mother’s Day specials, clearance sales, special offers etc. Please allow extra time for your delivery to arrive at such times, and place you orders as early as possible.
Parcels are shipped via Australia Post or Fastway Couriers (within Australia) and New Zealand Post (within New Zealand), for your convenience. In most cases, your delivery person will either deliver your parcel to your door, or leave a card to advise you to collect your item from your nearest postal facility if you are not home at the time of delivery.
