Good old fashioned family favourite!!!
Thinly slice and butter Hot Cross Buns. Mix together cream, eggs & castor sugar..
In the Spring Form Pan start with a layer of Hot Cross Buns and gently flatten out with finger tips..
The add a layer of thinly sliced Apple and a sprinkle of Cinnamon..
Pour over 1/3 of the egg & cream mixture and allow a minute for it to soak in...
Repeat the layers twice more finishing with the Apple placed in a circular shape around the top..
Place 21/2 cups of water in the pressure cooker, sit the Spring Form Pan on the Pressure Cooker rack and gently lower into the Pressure Cooker..
Bring water to the boil then put the lid on and lock, cook for 20 minutes at Pressure.. turn off and let the pressure drop naturally..
Slice and serve with cream.
If you have time let the pudding sit for an hour as it slices up nicely and holds it shape, tastes even better the next day😊
