decadence combining both chocolate and alcohol in one manageable slice

Ingredients

  • 2 cups dark chocolate
  • 1/2 cup Sweetened Condensed Milk
  • 1/4 cup baileys irish cream
  • 1 tsp Vanilla essence

Step 1

with chopping blade, chop chocolate

Step 2

change to stir assist, add condensed milk. Temp 85, Time 5.00 mins and stir 3. Start

Step 3

check progress of melting chocolate and continue to process. Time will vary depending on chocolate type and ambient temperature.

Step 4

when mix is melted and silky, add other ingredients and mix well, start at low speed and knock up slowly. Will slosh all over cook processor bowl if you head straight to fastest (experience)

Step 5

pour into greased and lined slice tray and allow to cool in refrigerator until set.

Chef's Tips

Dark cooking chocolate chips gave a much firmer result than eating chocolate.
