So easy and so yummy. Most of the time involved in this is marinading for 24 hrs. Overnight is fine, but at least 1 minimum of 4 hours.
Combine honey, finely diced garlic, vinegar, finely diced ginger, soy sauce
Place pork chops in plastic container (with lid) and pour the marinade. Leave in fridge for 24 hours turning to coat regularly.
In Chef's Toolbox Saute Pan, heat pan and heat oil
Brown pork chops 2 mins each side.
Pour marinade over chops and place saute pan in oven (200 deg).
Cook for 10 mins
Take pan out and turn chops over and cook for another 10 mins
Take chops out and put to one side, covered and let rest for 5 mins.
Thicken marinade with corn flour. Serve chops with extra marinade drizzled over dish.
Serve with sweet potato mash, fresh beans, zuchinni or any other vegies that you would like!
Keep left over marinade and use in a stir fry or use on pizza as a sauce!
