Heat oven to 175C
Mix together the flour and bicarb in large silicone bowl
Puree banana in a food processor. Add the sugar and eggs and whiz together. Add the butter and whiz until creamy. Add milk and vanilla and whiz until combined.
Scrape out and fold gently through the flour mixture.
Pour the batter into 12 cup muffin tray (or other silicone mound). Bake for 25 minutes or until muffin springs back when lightly pressed.
