Delicious, Super Easy, Fresh homemade pizza...the kids will LOVE this!
Mix together both flours, yeast, honey & water in saute pan. Press dough out until the base of the pan is covered.
Spread Maggie Beer Dark Chocolate & Vino Cotto Caramel over the dough, taking as close to the edge as possible
Add the sliced banana, sprinkle with choc melts and roasted slivered almonds.
Place the pan over medium heat and cover, with vents closed. Cook for 5 minutes.
Open steam vents, reduce heat to medium-low and cook for a further 10 minutes. Lift the edge slightly before removing to make sure the base is fully cooked.
Use egg flip to lift pizza onto chopping board and serve immediately. Serve with cream or icecream.
Substitute Maggie Beer Dark Chocolate & Vino Cotto Caramel for Nutella or any other Choc/Caramel Spread. Leave off slivered almonds if you wish.
