Ingredients

  • 1 Roasted beetroot (skin optional)
  • 1 clove Garlic, peeled
  • 2 Tbsn pine nuts
  • 1 Tbsn Fresh lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup Plain or Greek yoghurt

Step 1

Insert Multiblade. Add beetroot, garlic, nuts. QuickPulse 5 sec. Scrape down. Repeat until the texture is as chunky or smooth as you like.

Step 2

Add lemon juice, yoghurt and season with S&P. Quickpulse 5 sec.
