Cut down the time and make the perfect Bone Broth in 2 hours in a Pressure Cooker!

Ingredients

  • 8 Pieces of beef bone
  • 1 stick of celery
  • 2 carrots
  • 2 onions
  • 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 2 Bay leaf
  • 2L hot water

Step 1

Roast the Beef Bones for an hour on 180°C (give it more depth of flavour)

Step 2

Set your Pressure Cooker on medium heat and add celery, carrots, onions, roasted beef bones, water, apple cider vinegar and bay leafs, season with salt and pepper.

Step 3

Lock the Pressure Cooker lid and put on setting 2 wait for pressure than turn the heat down to low. Cook for 2 hours and you're done!
