Roast the Beef Bones for an hour on 180°C (give it more depth of flavour)
Set your Pressure Cooker on medium heat and add celery, carrots, onions, roasted beef bones, water, apple cider vinegar and bay leafs, season with salt and pepper.
Lock the Pressure Cooker lid and put on setting 2 wait for pressure than turn the heat down to low. Cook for 2 hours and you're done!
