This delicious winter dessert is perfect for those colder nights. The family will be begging for seconds!
Turn on oven to 170°C
Cream the yolks and both sugars with whisk in the silicone bowl
Whisk in the milk and vanilla
Pour into saucepan and bring to gentle simmer for 5 minutes, stir occasionally.
Arrange 1/2 the panettone in one layer in the saute pan
Evenly sprinkly blueberries over the panettone
Layer the remaining panettone in the saute pan
Pour the custard mix over the panettone, making sure to moisten the entire top layer
Bake uncovered in oven for 30-35 minutes
You can add sprinkles of dark chocolate along with the blueberries. Serve with ice-cream.
Very yummy. I halved the amount of sugar and it was lovely
Great but find it too sweet! Perhaps halve the sugar and it would be perfect!
