Mix flours, yeast, honey and luke-warm water and then spread evenly over base of saute pan. Place tomato, sweet potato and chicken (with the spice mix rubbed into the chicken) on top of the flour mix. Put the lid on and on the stove top on medium high heat for 5 mins After 5 mins open the vents and turn down to low medium heat for 20 mins. then place on chopping board and dollop the yoghurt around and put the coriander on top, then it is ready to serve and enjoy..
you could use lamb instead of chicken
