Love this recipe as it's so easy and so tasty. If you have more guests, just double the mixture!


  • 500g Pork and Veal Mince
  • 1tspn Mixed herbs
  • 1/4 tspn turmeric powder
  • Sprinkle Salt & pepper
  • 2 slices fresh bread
  • 410gm tin Tomato soup
  • 1/2 cup Parmeson cheese
  • 1 jar Passatta sauce
  • 1 pckt Cannelloni shells

Step 1

In Chef's toolbox silicone mixing bowl, mix together pork/veal mince, bread (torn up), herbs, 1 tspn parmesan cheese, salt/pepper to taste and 1/4 cup of tomato soup. In the Chef's Toolbox Como Advanced Square Roaster, pour some soup/passatta mix on base of pan. Stuff the Cannelloni shells with the meat mixture and place the stuffed shells in layers on base of pan. Once pan is filled, cover over with remaining soup/passata mix. Sprinkle with cheese. Pop in oven around 180g and cook for around 30 mins. Viola! Serve with parmeson cheese

You can layer on layer with this recipe. Just make sure you have enough sauce.
