This is a great, easy recipe that can be changed to use dairy-free chocolate, and GF flour if needed..
In a large bowl, put all the dry ingredients in to the bowl and stir to coat the choc chips. Then in a small bowl, put all the wet ingredients and stir. Then add the wet ingredients to the dry, and don't over-mix. They will turn out better if just mixed to combine. Then pour into our 12 cup silicone muffin tray and bake at 150c for 20 mins, or until cooked.
So the choc chips could be dairy-free/sugar-free if you choose. I actually find that the Black and Gold brand hold their shape really well, and are cheap. The flour could be substituted for GF, but you would need to add an extra 1/3 cup.
