Bite-sized chocolate cakes!
Preheat oven to 160°C. (150°C fan forced).
Grease or spray cake pop moulds for best results.
In a Silicone Bowl, combine butter, sugar, flour, cocoa, and salt. Mix well.
Add egg, and beat well, using an electric mixer ideally.
Add evaporated milk and vanilla essence. Beat for 2 minutes.
Place moulds on a Cookie Tray.
Pour mixture into Cake Pop Mould (bottom half only) – fill to rim of holes.
Put top mould in place.
Bake for 8-10 minutes.
Allow to cool completely in mould, then peel off top mould, and pop out balls from bottom mould.
Decorate as desired.
To make cake pops, hold onto the stick, dip end of stick in melted chocolate, insert stick 3/4 of the way into the cake pop, refrigerate for 5 mins before decorating.
