Perfect of gift-giving, or a naughty indulgence....good luck keeping it away from the family

Ingredients

  • 200g dark chocolate
  • 150g Roasted hazelnuts (or pistachios)
  • 200g Milk chocolate
  • 400g white chocolate
  • 200g Nutella

Step 1

Insert Multiblade. Add dark chocolate. QuickPulse 5 sec.

Step 2

Melt the chocolate. 50C, 5 min, Speed 1. Start

Step 3

Spread the melted chocolate over teh surface and up the sides of the health bar or slice mould. Place the moulds upside down (to have thick side walls) on a tray in the fridge for 30min.

Step 4

No need to clean the bowl. Add remaining chocolate and nuts. QuckPulse 5 sec.

Step 5

Melt the chocolate. 50C, 6 min, Speed 1. Start.

Step 6

Add Nutella. 50C, 1 min, Speed 1. Start.

Step 7

Fill the dark chocolate moulds with the choc/nut mixture. Set in the fridge (approx 3hrs).

Chef's Tips

You can add cranberries in step 4 for festive colour.
