A jolly treat for the festive table
Melt 800g of chocolate in the Mixing Bowl in 30 sec bursts in the microwave. Stir each time before heating further.
Pour into mould and then allow to set for 2 hours, or until completely set.
Melt remaining chocolate. Spoon into a piping bag, twist top and begin building the sleigh and reindeer as per the assembly instructions. Royal icing could also be used with the chocolate sleigh.
The sleigh can also be built with gingerbread.
Use a chocolate with a low melting point as it melts quickly in hot weather over Xmas. Can be fiddly to remove from moulds but after a bit of patience these look fantastic on the Christmas dinner table at dessert time! And delicious too!
