Great tasty one pot family dinner in the wok

Ingredients

  • 1 diced onion
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 500g Beef mince
  • 1 cup Shredded Cabbage
  • 1 cup grated carrot
  • 1 cup Tomato soup
  • 2 cups Water
  • 1 teaspoon Meal Inspirations Butter Chicken spice blend
  • 1 cup Cooked Rice

Step 1

Add oil to hot wok

Step 2

Add diced onion and cook until softened

Step 3

Add mince and brown

Step 4

Add shredded cabbage and grated carrot and mix well

Step 5

Add Spice Blend and mix well

Step 6

Add water and tomato soup (can use tomato sauce)

Step 7

Place lid on wok and cook for 10 minutes

Step 8

Add cooked rice and stir through

Step 9

Serve, top with parsley if you choose - great with chunky bread on side.
