Easy skewers for a summer party


  • 1 packet haloumi cut into cubes
  • 2 large zucchinis cut into 8 pieces each
  • 1 chorizo sausages cut into 8 pieces each
  • 1 Tbs Lemon zest

Step 1

Preheat a Griddle Pan over medium heat.

Step 2

Thread chorizo, haloumi and zucchini onto 6 skewers.

Step 3

Place the kebabs onto the Griddle Pan and cook for 5 minutes, turning occasionally or until chorizo and haloumi are brown and heated through.

Step 4

Serve sprinkled with lemon rind mixutre and a fresh salad.

Chef's Tips

Make sure that all the haloumi, chorizo and zucchinis are cut into similar size for the kebab to lay flat on the Griddle Pan
