Pizza on the stove top!


  • 1 cup Self raising Flour
  • 1 cup Plain flour
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 tsp (rounded) Dried Yeast
  • 1/2 cup lukewarm water
  • 1 tsp Honey
  • 1 Tbs pesto
  • 100g roasted turkey breast, shredded
  • 125g brie, sliced
  • 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/4 cup cranberries
  • 1/2 tsp Thyme
  • 1/2 cup rocket

Step 1

Combine all dough ingredients in Saute Pan and mix well until combined

Step 2

Press dough out flat using the tips of your fingers until the base of the pan is covered

Step 3

Spread pesto onto the dough taking it as close to the edge as possible

Step 4

Add turkey, brie, cherry tomatoes and sprinkle with cranberries and thyme

Step 5

Place the pan (with pizza inside) over medium heat; cook covered with lid on, vents closed, for 5 minutes

Step 6

turn lid to open side steam vents, reduce heat to medium-low and cook for a further 20 minutes

Step 7

Remove from heat and use Silicone Egg Flip to lift pizza from pan onto Acacia Board

Step 8

Top with fresh rocket and serve immediately
