The coconut oil adds extra flavour to any dish needing rice

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon Coconut Oil
  • 2 Cups jasmine rice
  • 4 Cups Water

Step 1

1. Heat coconut oil in the pressure cooker.

Step 2

2. Add the rice and stir in the oil.

Step 3

3. Add water.

Step 4

4. Place on lid for Pressure cooker, bring to pressure on dial 2. Then cook on low heat for 5 mins.

Step 5

5. Release the pressure- Stir, serve and enjoy.

Chef's Tips

Wait till cooled then put In freezer bags for easy mid week add on.
