This classic chicken in red wine is bursting with flavour.
Put chicken and flour into a zip-lock bag. Shake to cover the chicken.
Insert MultiBlade. Add bacon, onions, garlic. QuickPulse 5sec. Scrape down. Add mushrooms. QuickPulse 2-3 sec, until chopped but not fine dice (unless you want to hide them). Scrape down.
Replace MultiBlade with StirAssist. Add dash olive oil. Remove Measuring Cup. FRY P2. Start
Add chicken. Start Step 2.
Exit Keep Warm mode. Add remaining ingredients. Season with S&P. Temp 85C, Time 30 min, Speed Int. Start.
Serve with pasta or mashed potato.
