One of our family favourites. Full of flavour, easy as to do and great with mash!!
Boil sausages until cooked, drain and set to one side
In saute pan, fry onions, garlic and apples with a dash of olive oil.
Chop sausages into bite size pieces and add to saute pan.
In separate bowl, combine sauces, vinegar, sugar and tomatoes, add to saute pan.
Simmer on low for 20 mins, stirring occasionally.
Serve with mash and veggies.
