Why pay $5 per energy ball when you can make your own for a fraction of that?


  • 80g Pumpkin seeds
  • 25g oats
  • 50g almonds
  • 100g Deseeded dates
  • 1 Tbsn Chai spice blend
  • 1 1/2 tspn cocoa powder, preferably dutch cocoa
  • 1 Tbsn Honey
  • 1/2 tspn Vanilla extract
  • 1 Orange, zest and juice

Step 1

Insert Mini-bowl and mini-MultiBlade. Add half the pumpkin seed. Quickpulse until a fine powder. Set aside.

Step 2

Add remaining pumpkin seeds, oats and almonds. QuickPulse 5 sec. Add dates, chai spice, cocoa, pinch of sea salt. QuickPulse 5 sec. Scrape down sides. repeat if not finely minced.

Step 3

Add honey, vanilla, zest and juice. Time 30 sec, Speed 8. Start. Scrape down sides. Repeat until the mixture comes together as a big ball.

Step 4

Roll into 2/3 golf-ball size. Roll balls in reserved pumpkin seed powder.
