The perfect afternoon or lunch box snack. That is home-made and healthy!
Preheat oven to 180°C. (170°C fan forced).
Place all ingredients except eggs, butter and honey in a large bowl and mix well to combine.
Combine the eggs, butter and honey in a jug and mix well.
Pour butter mixture over the oat mixture and stir well.
Divide mixture into Bar Slice Pan.
Place Bar Slice on oven rack and bake for 25 minutes or until the mixture is fairly firm.
Remove from oven and allow to cool.
Oat bran can be purchased but it is so easy to do yourself. Place the oats into the bowl of a food processor and blitz for 10-20 seconds then add to other ingredients. Craisins are dried cranberries and are generally available in the dried fruit section of your supermarket, If not available use sultanas.
Handy snack... AND it doesn't taste 'healthy'
