Whip up this tasty Spanish take on surf 'n turf in no time.

Ingredients

  • 1 Red capsicum, diced
  • 1 Onion, diced
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 Chorizo, diced
  • 6 leaves Sage
  • 600-700g Passata sauce
  • 400g can Cannellini beans, drained
  • 1 cup Savoy cabbage, shredded
  • 6 fillets Fish, firm white-fleshed

Step 1

Saute capsicum and onion over medium heat in olive oil, until soft (5 minutes).

Step 2

In a separate frypan over medium heat, brown chorizo. Then drain on paper towel.

Step 3

Add garlic, chorizo and sage to capsicum mixture. Saute for 1-2 minutes.

Step 4

Add passata, beans and cabbage and continue sauteing for 2 minutes.

Step 5

Push fish fillets down into the vegetables until partly covered. Place lid on pan and cook until the fish is just flaking (about 5 minutes).

Step 6

Serve with steamed potatoes or crusty bread.
