Thrown together in minutes, SOOOO cheap. Preservative-free, and it doesn't need to be preserved as hoovered up immediately.


  • 2 cloves (or more) Garlic, peeled
  • 2 * 400g can chickpeas - rinsed
  • 1 Lemon, zest and juice
  • 1/4 cup Tahini - sesame paste
  • 3/4 cup Boiling Water

Step 1

Insert mini-bowl and mini-multiblade. Add garlic. QuickPulse 5 sec. Scrape down.

Step 2

Add chickpeas, zest, juice and tahini. QuickPulse 15 sec. Scrape down. Repeat.

Step 3

Add water, and season with S&P. Quickpulse to combine.
