Who doesn't love Baileys and you can whip up your home made version in seconds.


  • 200g Milk chocolate
  • 400g condensed milk
  • 750ml evaporated milk
  • 300ml Pure cream
  • 1 Tbsn Espresso or instant coffee
  • 700ml Whisky, Jamesons recommended

Step 1

Insert MultiBlade. Add chocolate. QuickPulse 5 sec. Scrape down. Temp 50C, Time 2 min, Speed 3. Start.

Step 2

Scrape down. Add condensed milk. Temp 50C, Time 5 min, Speed 3. Start.

Step 3

If using instant coffee, dissolve in 1/4 cup boiling water. Temp 50C, Time 2 min, Speed 3. Start. Remove Measuring Cup. Slowly pour evaporated milk, cream and coffee while the mixture is being stirred.

Step 4

Add whisky. QuickStir for 10 sec. Pour mixture into clean bottles. Any that doesn't fit, pour into a large glass with ice.
