Why would you pay $6 for coconut milk when you can make your own in minutes?

Ingredients

  • 150g Dessicated or shredded cocnut
  • 750ml Water

Step 1

Insert MultiBlade. Add coconut. Time 40sec. Speed 10. Start

Step 2

Add water. Time 2min, Speed 8. Start.

Step 3

Remove MultiBlade. Pour liquid through double-layer muslin into a sterilised jar. Lasts about 3 days in the fridge.

Chef's Tips

Use teh left-over coconut pulp in gooey chocolate brownie.
