Super Easy and Yummy Dish
1. Heat oil in Pressure Cooker 2. Add spice blend and garlic and saute until it forms a paste 3. Add lamb and brown 4. Add stock and bring to boil 5. Add rice and on boil, lock the pressure cooker 6. Cook on high for 10 mins 7. Release pressure - Add Beans and let sit for 5 minutes RAITA 2 lebanese cucumbers seeded and finely diced 1 cup Greek yoghurt ½ dozen sprigs fresh mint 1 tspn ground cumin ½ tspn ground coriander Method: mix all ingredients together
Serve with fresh Roti or Naan bread and crisp whole green beans. Top biryani with coriander if desired.
