Yummy use of leftover lamb.
Insert MultiBlade. Add capsicum, garlic and carrot. QuickPulse 5sec. Scrape down. Add dash olive oil. Temp 120C, Time 5 min, Speed 1. Start.
Add lamb. Slowly increase speed to 8. Continue until desired level of coarseness, approx 6-8 sec.
Add remaining ingredients. Temp 85C, Time 20min, Speed Int. Start
Serve over favorite pasta shape with a dollop of pesto.
If using uncooked lamb, after mincing, fry for 10 min before proceeding.
