Loaded BBQ chicken and bacon nachos

It's so easy and everyone loved it!

Ingredients

  • 1/2 kg Chicken breasts
  • 200g Diced bacon
  • Pinch Salt
  • Pinch Pepper
  • 1 tsp Garlic salt
  • 1 tsp Chilli powder
  • 3/4 cup bbq sauce
  • 2 Tomatoes, diced
  • 1 small red onion - finely diced
  • 1 avocado, diced
  • 2 bags Tortilla chips
  • 2 cups grated cheese
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 cup Sour cream

Step 1

Sauté bacon and put aside.

Step 2

Sauté chicken using olive oil with salt, pepper, garlic salt and Chilli powder added. Put both aside.

Step 3

Layer the sauté pan bottom with tortilla chips, add half of the chicken and bacon, top with half of the tomatoes and onion, and half of the cheese. Repeat the same process using the remainder of ingredients.

Step 4

Bake in the oven at 180 deg for 20mins.

Step 5

Add avocado and sour cream as desired. You will love this what a fun dish!
