Create your own home-made Healthy Oat bars packed full of flavours - the whole family will love!
Preheat oven to 180°C (170°C fan forced).
Combine the oats, apricots, honey, almonds and cinnamon in a bowl.
Lightly beat together the orange juice, yoghurt and margarine. Pour over oat mixture and stir well to combine.
Press mixture into Silicone Bar Slice Pan, pressing with the back of a spoon to give an even finish. Sprinkle sunflower seeds on top.
Place Silicone Bar Slice Pan on a rack and bake in the oven for 25 minutes.
Let bars cool in the Silicone Bar Slice Pan.
Store up to 2 weeks in an airtight container. Can also be frozen.
Any dried fruit can be used. The nuts can be replaced with more oats if required.
