The perfect mix of a creamy and zingy curry!


  • 1 Tbs Malaysian Spice Blend
  • 500g diced chicken, lamb, beef or pork
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 1 400g can tomatoes
  • 2 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 5cm fresh ginger, peeled, grated
  • 270ml can of coconut cream
  • 2 tsp Salt
  • 2 tsp sugar

Step 1

Heat a little oil in the Saute Pan on medium heat and fry onion until golden

Step 2

Add garlic & ginger, fry for 1 min

Step 3

Add the meat, and brown lightly

Step 4

Add Malaysian Spice Blend and stir well to coat

Step 5

Add tomatoes, coconut cream, salt & sugar and stir well.

Step 6

Cover, and simmer on low heat until meat is cooked (approx 20 mins)

Step 7

Serve with steamed rice.
