Delicious Cold, great for school lunches, or even as a nibble when entertaining! Everyone loves them!


  • 4 Eggs
  • 1 1/2 cups grated cheese (tasty)
  • 1 1/2 cups Milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon Mustard
  • 2 teaspoons Chicken Stock Powder
  • 8 slices Short Bacon
  • 1 onion
  • 1 tablespoon Parsley
  • 1/2 teaspoon Curry Powder
  • 1/2 cup SR flour

Step 1

Chop onion in quarters. Place multi blade in cook processor bowl. Add onion, bacon and parsley. Pulse in 5 second intervals until finely diced. Add all other ingredients. Toggle up to speed 8 until mixture is combined. Put 1 tablespoon of mixture into each mini muffin pan. Cook in moderate oven for about 25 minutes or until brown and cooked.

Chef's Tips

Freezes well and great for kids lunches! You can put any veggies you want in them as well, eg zucchini and carrot.
