You can't go wrong with these Moorish Slices - everyone will go back for seconds!


  • 100g Butter
  • 1 cup shredded coconut, tasted
  • 250g cups Rice Bubbles (4 cups)
  • 5 x 60g Mars Bars, chopped
  • 250g dark chocolate bits, for topping

Step 1

Heat oven to 180°C for 15 minutes.

Step 2

Place a Chefs Toolbox Baking Sheet on a baking tray, place coconut on sheet and toast in the oven until coconut is golden brown for approx 7 minutes.

Step 3

Place Mars Bars and butter in como advanced 2L Saucepan over medium heat.

Step 4

Whisk to combine as the chocolate and butter melts.

Step 5

Place coconut and Rice Bubbles in a large bowl. Pour over the chocolate mixture and mix well to combine.

Step 6

Press mixture into Chefs Toolbox Baking Tray, then place in refrigerator until set, at least 30 minutes.

Step 7

Melt remaining chocolate and spread over the slice. Return to the refrigerator for 10 minutes to set.

Step 8

Cut into small portions and serve
