Quick, easy, kids could make it for you! Sooo delicious!


  • 1 Sour cream
  • 1 grated cheddar cheese
  • 1 Pack jumbo tortillas
  • 1 tsp mexican spice blend
  • 1 jar Mexican sauce
  • 1 Whole bbq chook shredded

Step 1

Preheat oven 180degrees. 1st tortilla on base of pan, spread Mexican sauce, spread bbq chicken over sauce, sprinkle spice and cheese.

Step 2

Spread sour cream over 2nd tortilla and place down on first layer. Repeat steps for 3 layers of same.

Step 3

Finish with final tortilla on top, sprinkle with cheese and place in preheated oven (without lid) for 15 minutes or until cheese on top is browned

Step 4

When ready put on stove top, place large chopping board over top hold handles with board and flip out. Cut into quarters and serve immediately.
