This has been a winner everywhere I go..... Doesn't always look appealing but when they try it they won't stop at one dip !!


  • 3/4 Cup grated cheese
  • 1 avocado mashed with a fork
  • 1 tsp lemon or lime juice
  • 2 1/2 tsp TCT Mexican spice blend
  • 300ml lite sour cream
  • 1 can Re fried beans
  • 1 jar salsa

Step 1

Mix together sour cream and TCT Mexican spice blend, put to the side Mash the avocado with a fork and add lemon juice 1st layer - Spread the re-fried beans on a serving platter 2nd layer - Spread the avocado and lemon juice 3rd layer - Spread the salsa 4th layer - Spread the sour cream and TCT Mexican spice 5th layer - sprinkle grated cheese over the top

Chef's Tips

Serve cold with Corn chips OR heat in the oven until the cheese has melted ....yummo !!
