Milo Muesli Bar in the Silicone Healthy Bar Slice. This delicious recipe will get the kids and adults fighting over who gets the last piece!

Ingredients

• 1/2 cup Self-raising Flour
• 1/2 Cup Plain flour
• 1/2 Cup Milo
• 1/2 Cup Dark Chocolate Chips
• 1 Cup rolled oats
• 2/3 Cup Shredded coconut
• 2/3 Cup Brown sugar
• 1 Egg
• 125g Butter

Step 1

Preheat oven to 180°C (170°C fan forced).

Step 2

Melt butter in silicone bowl.

Step 3

Place all other ingredients into silicone bowl with melted butter.

Step 4

Mix together until well combined.

Step 5

Press mixture into the Silicone Healthy Bar Pan.

Step 6

Bake for 15 minutes.

Step 7

Let cool on cooling rack and then remove from slice tin and slice and serve.
