Flavoursome quick and easy mid-week meal.
Saute capsicum and onion in a little olive oil over medium heat until softened (about 5 minutes).
Stir through the garlic and spice blend. Cook for 1-2 minutes.
Add chicken and stir through. Cook for 3-4 minutes.
Stir through chickpeas and tomatoes. Reduce heat to medium-low. Cover and cook for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Serve with crusty bread or cous cous.
