  • 1 clove Garlic, peeled
  • 1 Red capsicum, deseeded, quartered
  • 800g Chicken, diced, at room temperature
  • 1 can (400g) chickpeas - rinsed
  • 2 Tbsn Meal Inspirations Moroccan blend
  • 700g Tomato Passata sauce
  • 1 Lemon zest. or 1/2 preserved lemon

Step 1

Insert Multiblade. Add onion, garlic and capsicum. QuickPulse 5 sec. Remove MultiBlade. Scrape down.

Step 2

Insert StirAssist. Add 1 tbsn olive oil. FRY P3 Start.

Step 3

Add chicken and chickpeas. Step2. Start.

Step 4

Cancel Keep Warm mode. Add spices, passata and lemon. Temp 80C, Time 20min, Speed Int, Start.

Step 5

Serve with rice or cous cous.
