This is a deliciously quick and easy meal the whole family will love. And it's great served cold in a salad with couscous, cucumber and spinach.
Heat oil in pan, cook beef strips in batches until browned all over and then set aside to rest.
Add onion to pan, stirring until soft.
Add Moroccan Spice Blend to pan and cook stirring for 1 minute, until fragrant.
Stir in undrained tomatoes, brig to boil and then simmer, stirring occassionally, for about 5 minutes or until mixture has thickened slightly.
Add cooked beef strips, almonds and mint.
Stir though & serve.
Serve with crusty bread, rice or couscous. Also great served in a cold salad with couscous. Cucumber & spinach.
