Toasted marshmallows oozing with chocolate gooey-ness


  • 2/3 cup Cooking cream
  • 400g Choc Chips
  • Scoops of Nutella
  • 1 packet Marshmallows
  • 1 packet Digestives Biscuits or Graham Crackers

Step 1

Put the stove on low heat and pour the cream in the Saute Pan, wait for it to bubble then switch off heat.

Step 2

Pour in the chocolate and mix through to melt.

Step 3

Add dollops of Nutella (to your preference) on top of the chocolate.

Step 4

Cover the top with marshmallows (remember marshmallows expand so they don't need to be snug)

Step 5

Place in the oven 225°C or 400°F for 7 minutes or until brown

Step 6

Grab the biscuits and dip it in the chocolate gooy-ness and enjoy!

Chef's Tips

Pile it up as a biscuit sandwich and add slices of strawberries!
