This Christmas custard is so easy to throw together and elevates your Christmas pud to new levels.

Ingredients

  • 6 egg yolks
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup Pure cream
  • 1/2 cup orange juice
  • 1/4 cup Brandy
  • 1 Tbsn cornflour

Step 1

Insert Egg-whip. Add yolks and sugar. Time 2min, Speed 4. Start.

Step 2

Add cream, OJ and brandy. Mix cornflour with a few drops of milk to form a paste. Add to custard mixture. Temp 85C, Time 8 min, Speed 1. Start.
