The smell of vanilla running through a smooth custard is everyone's favourite!
In the 2L Saucepan, beat yolks and sugar until combined.
Pour in the sugar, cream and orange juice (and Brandy if desired) and mix thoroughly.
Mix a tablespoon of corn flour with a few drops of milk to form a paste and stir through custard mix.
Transfer saucepan to stove top and stir over low heat for 7-8 minutes.
