The quickest dish to prep when you're busy with colours and flavours that pop!


  • 350g Pasta of your choice (GF options available)
  • 190g Pesto Sauce (Genovese Pesto is delicious)
  • 200g Cooked King Prawns
  • 1 Bag baby spinach leaves
  • 50g pine nuts
  • 1 lemon

Step 1

Cook the pasta to your liking in your 3.5L Brazier, drain when done

Step 2

Meanwhile, toast the pine nuts in a dry pan

Step 3

Mix the cooked pasta, pesto sauce, prawns, bag of spinach and toasted pine nuts all together in a bowl, squeeze over the lemon and serve immediately

Chef's Tips

Eat hot, or leave to go cold, put in the fridge and eat as a pasta salad.
