Black beans are the healthiest of all legumes so this low fat, flavoursome meal, made in minutes, is a family favourite.


  • 2 cloves Garlic, peeled
  • 2cm Fresh ginger, peeled
  • 400g can black beans, rinsed
  • 4 Tbsn oyster sauce
  • 6 Tbsn soy sauce
  • 500g Pork fillet, thinly sliced
  • 200g green beans, cut into 2cm lengths

Step 1

Insert MultiBlade. Add garlic and ginger. QuickPulse 5 sec. Scrape down

Step 2

Replace with StirAssist. Add 1 Tbsn olive oil. FRY P3 Step1 Start

Step 3

Cancel out of the FRY program. Add black beans, oyster sauce, soy sauce and pork. Temp 110C, Time 8 min, Speed 1. Start.

Step 4

Add green beans. Temp 110C, Time 2 min, Speed Intermittent. Start.

Step 5

Serve with rice or soba noodles.
