This is is a family favourite

Ingredients

  • 6 X Ruby Lou potatos 1 X onion 2 eggs 1/2 cup of plain flour 4 X bacon eye rashes diced salt and pepper to taste potatoes

Step 1

Using the all in one salad maker grate the potatoes ini the basket once done using the spinner lid spin excess water from the potatoes then take them out of the bowl. Dry your bowl then add the potatoes then using your chefs Fusion knife dice onion and bacon then add to potatoes add eggs and flour and salt and pepper to taste the fry I use the square roaster as its bigger

Step 2

You can also use zucchini you can grate this at potatoe stage and spin excess water

Step 3

You can also add frozen chopped spinach cubes x 4 defrost first add to potatoe mixture and spin.

Chef's Tips

If no nut allergy you can also add pine nuts
