Prawn and Basil "Linguine"

The ease of this dish and the flavours are fantastic!


  • 1 pckt fettucine
  • 1 tlbspn Olive oil
  • 1/2 kg Green prawns, peeled, deveined
  • 100g snow peas
  • 100g cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1tspn chilli paste
  • 3 tblsn basil paste
  • 2 cloves garlic crushed
  • 1/2 cup cream

Step 1

Cook fettucine according to packet instructions

Step 2

Heat pan and add oil and cook prawns until pink (only a few minutes)

Step 3

Add snow peas, tomatoes, garlic, chilli, basil and cream

Step 4

Toss through pasta and season to tase

Step 5

Serve with a nice side salad



Yum! Easy! Fresh!! The whole family ate it including my 2 year old son. We will be making this regularly..
