Ingredients

  • 500g Beef strips (preference Rump)
  • 1 medium onion finely chopped
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 420g can of cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 Tbs Tomato paste
  • 200g button Mushrooms, sliced
  • 1/3 cup Sour cream

Step 1

Heat oil in base of Pressure Cooker over a med to high heat.

Step 2

Add onion until soft add paprika for about a 1min then add beef and brown for a about 2mins,

Step 3

Add the soup, tomato paste and mushrooms. Stir together.

Step 4

Place lid on lock and cook under pressure at setting 2 for 20mins. Once finished set aside and let pressure come down by its self to make meat more tender.

Step 5

Stir in sour cream or cream.

Chef’s Tips

Serve on a bed of rice, pasta or even mashed potato and veg.
