This recipe is so quick and easy.
Mix all ingredients (except the Eggs) in the Pressure Cooker and bring to boil on high heat.
Using Setting 2, Lock on Lid and bring to pressure then turn heat to low and cook for 8 Minutes.
While the rice is cooking lightly whisk the Eggs and cook in Frypan, then chop.
Once rice is cooked Quick Release and stir in cooked Egg.
Season with Salt & Pepper and serve.
Individualise your Fried Rice by using your favourite Vegetables and Pork/Chicken.
Had my doubts this recipe would work but it certainly does very easy to make good hot or cold4ckwe

I just made this. Sooo Easy and tastes Soooo Good!! I did as Kelly suggested with the packaged veg, also added some chorizo which I had pre fried as I didn't have enough Bacon. Also I just used long grain rice as no Basmarti. Still worked perfectly. Yum!!! I will Definitely be making this again.
This is your go to side dish rice and definitely add oyster and chilli sauce . It is really tasty and easy
