Simple, Easy and Delicious :)
Salt and pepper chicken. Add oil, onion, garlic, green beans, broccoli, and carrots, to the heated Pressure Cooker and sauté stirring occasionally until onion is softened, about 3 minutes. Add the Chicken and stir for about 2 minutes
Add soy sauce, and tomato sauce to the Pressure Cooker and stir to combine. Pressure cook on high for 3 minutes. Turn pressure cooker off and do a quick pressure release
Add sesame oil and honey to the pot and stir to combine. In a small bowl, dissolve cornflour in water and add to the Pressure Cooker. Simmer until sauce thickens. Stir in green onions.
Serve over rice sprinkled with sesame seeds.

This was super easy & most importantly.....YUM. Only thing I did different was - 1/2 soy sauce & 1/2 kecap manis (as I was nearly out of soy). Family demolished it!
